Shawn Banerji is the managing partner for the Data, Digital & Technology Leaders Practice at Caldwell. He serves as a trusted advisor to organizations seeking both cultural and commercial transformation through the convergence of talent and innovation across all facets of the evolving digital enterprise. Shawn specializes in the recruitment and assessment of operating leaders and BOD’s resetting value propositions through the power of technology, specifically data and the increasingly prominent role that artificial intelligence plays in shaping culture and driving desired outcomes. As a functional practitioner, his portfolio spans industry verticals and includes the Global 1000 as well as financial sponsors and their portfolio companies. Shawn earned his BA from the University of Richmond and an MA from the University of Westminster, London. In addition to being certified in a variety of assessment tools and methodologies, he is an avid beekeeper and student of the essential role that we each play in ensuring that our hives thrive.
