Kristen Robinson is a “possibility architect.” Her career has been grounded in a deep commitment to developing innovative organizations and cultures guided by human-centered leaders where people thrive and generate lasting business success. Kristen currently serves as a director of Planet Labs, where she is the Chair of the Compensation Committee and a member of the Audit Committee, and Verint Systems, where she is the Chair of the Nomination & Governance Committee and member of the Compensation Committee. She serves on the executive board of advisors of How Women Lead and is on the HR advisory board of Betterworks. Kristen is also an honorary advisor for Her Allies and an active ally and mentor to women and people in other underrepresented groups. Kristen held Chief People Officer roles at Splunk, Pandora, Yahoo and Verigy and led global teams in other functions at Hewlett-Packard and Agilent Technologies. She has an MBA from Northwestern’s J.L. Kellogg School and a BS in Accounting from Boston College. Kristen lives in Boulder, Colorado and enjoys all things outdoors.
