As the Chief People Officer at Box, (a $1B+, global, AI/Saas leader defining Intelligent Content
Management), Jessica is architecting the company’s AI-transformation through innovative
people and culture strategies across the entire employee lifecycle. Her global team supports over
3,000 employees and encompasses all things People (including Talent, Employment Brand,
Hiring, Learning & Development, Performance, Analytics, Total Rewards & Operations);
Community, Belonging & Culture; Places (Workplace Services and Real Estate); and Internal
Communications.

Jess is actively engaged in HR innovation and emerging tech, serving in advisory roles with
SemperVirens, Omer Ventures, and People Tech Partners. She is active in numerous
CHRO/CPO communities (such as CCI and Forshay), a founding member of CPOHQ, and an
Advisory Board member for Modern Health. Prior to Box, she led the People team at Blue Bottle
Coffee; led HR for Aruba (a fast-growing subsidiary of HPE); and, spent ten years at HP/HPE in a variety of global HR roles. Her early career included executive search for CEOs, CFOs and C-
suite leaders.
