As Chief Operating OƯicer, Erin Chamberlin is responsible for Topgolf’s globally owned and
operated venue experience including operational excellence, Topgolf technology, food and
beverage innovation, supply chain, culinary operations, and the Player experience.
Prior to joining Topgolf, Erin served as a Senior Vice President of Regional Operations at
PENN Entertainment Inc. where she oversaw operational responsibility for the company’s
casino properties in Colorado, Maine, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, Maryland and West
Virginia. She also supervised PENN’s horse racing operations, including Sam Houston Race
Park and Retama Park, and was the Chair of PENN Women resource group.
Erin has over 20 years of progressive experience operating large, consumer-facing
organizations. Before joining PENN Entertainment in 2019, she held various operational and
marketing leadership roles with Caesars Entertainment, including Regional President for the
Mid-Atlantic region, managing properties in Maryland and Pennsylvania, and General
Manager Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino Las Vegas. She led marketing for casino resorts
in Atlantic City and held senior operational positions in the Northwest Indiana and Kansas
City markets.
Erin graduated from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia and later
received her MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business. She is an avid runner
and a beginning pickleball player. Erin resides in Dallas with her family, and they love to travel
and cheer on the Wahoos.
