Brad Frank

Brad is a Partner at Rich Talent Group. He is an accomplished search executive with deep experience helping growth-oriented technology, tech-enabled, and tech-forward companies build their leadership teams. Brad delivers results for clients and candidates with a uniquely modern, personalized, and transparent consultative approach.

Over the last 18 years, Brad has worked with clients in both private equity and public markets across the United States to recruit executives in P&L, human resources, and go-to-market roles. His clients represent a diverse array of organizations across the B2B and B2C sectors, including consumer, e-commerce, SaaS, tech-enabled services, networking, and semiconductors.

Prior to joining RTG, Brad was a Senior Partner at Korn Ferry where he led CEO and President searches while also co-leading the HR Practice within the Technology vertical at Korn Ferry. Brad started his Executive Search career at Howard Fischer Associates where he was promoted to Partner and built the HR Practice.
Brad received his MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business, where he graduated as an Arjay Miller Scholar. He received his Bachelor of Arts from Wesleyan University with honors.
